very easy to adjust with the test port in the proper location and predictable when you do adjust it. I can’t think of a single bad thing to say about it. The price was very reasonable, it works as designed, and is USA made.
I don’t know if it will fix your specific issue, but I feel confident in saying that it is a quality unit.
