HELP updating Sync 3
I really need help here: I have a 2016 F350. It came with Sync 2 system but I replaced it with Sync 3. The system needs to be updated, but when I go to my Ford account to get the update, it thinks I have Sync 2 so I cant get s Sync 3 update. How can I get the update????
