What truck do you have that has a 3G modem?
I thought SYNC 3 was 4G???
And, there is no exemption, they are stopping using the 3G system all together on the cellular provider end, so 3G transmissions are ending.

2020 f350 xl since these trucks came with the sync3 are they already a 4g system as the dealer parts dept is useless in getting info from
