2020 F250 XLT, 32k miles... I returned from a week away to discover that ONLY my drivers side power window and power folding mirror aren't functioning correctly. All other windows function as usual as dose the passenger side folding power mirror. I thought maybe my battery was weak from sitting for a week so I charged both batteries just to make sure they were full.
DRIVERS SIDE FRONT WINDOW: When I hit the power up button for the window to automatically go up nothing happens. When I hold the window up button it goes up about 4" and stops. If I repeat it goes up another 4" and stops again. It happens again and again until it's all the way up. Same thing happens when going down, I have to hold the button and the window goes down 4" and stops, I repeat and down another 4" it goes, etc.. I tried the reset steps in the manual but it did not work.
POWER FOLDING MIRROR DRIVERS SIDE: When I lock the truck the passenger side folds in as usual, drivers side doesn't move in. When I use the mirror fold button the passenger side folds out and back in as usual, drivers side worked once or twice, but now it's not working at all.
Is this window and mirror issue related? Any help greatly appreciated.
Another reason I just bought the ESP plan.
Plus I am following this just in case it happens to me.
Mine from the get-go always had the mirror open/close a bit slower then the pass one

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your F-250 concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

@f250vtford That Ford rep will need you to send them a PM, they won't take your info off a post reply.
Thanks for letting me know. I'm a newbie here so looks like I'll have to wait until I reach the 10-day timeframe before I can send them a direct message.
I would guess it is a switch pod or harness issue.
I'm thinking that some water got into the door while I was gone. Or maybe there's a ground??? that came loose?
The window and mirror both operated in a similar fashion to my original issue earlier today, only small movements when the switch was pushed. I parked my truck, it rained heavy and then no movement at all with the switch. I drove around for 15 miles in dry conditions/ no rain and the switch for both the mirror and window started working with small movement again I'm stumped...
