How about your local salvage yard, the price would likely be right & if they don't have it in stock bet they could locate one on their parts net.
found one on eBay for cheap. Local yard didn’t have any bronco IIs or Rangers with that style cluster. car-part said a couple yards have em but I’m not going to drive 4-6 hours to get a cluster cover
