I have a 2022 F350 CCLB and I was in the bed to install a tool box, I looked down in the rt front corner of the bed and I see daylight. It looks like the bed side is separating from the bed floor, I did a quick search and did not find any other posts on the issue. Anyone else have the issue?
If you are referring to where the bed side inner joins the floor, this is quite common. Its where the flanges are riveted together and they werent tight when assembled. Happened frequently with the F-150 beds when the Aluminum body first came out.
So will Ford fix this, I only have about 12K miles right now so still under warranty or do I just live with it hoping it won't bet worse. Right now it's about 10 inches.
I'm on the road now for the next 10 days or so and to get a picture I'll need to pull the tool box, not sure it will show from under, I'll look late today and get back.

Nope. Nothing to fix. If they try to close the gap it will cause the inner panel to warp. You can get some caulk that will bond to the paint without damaging it and fill the gap in, but there is no fix aside from replacing the bed.

It actually has been posted about several times over the years. Here is just one thread from back in 2017. I would call it normal to some degree, unless you have noticed it getting larger. I run the drains from by bed cover down to the gaps at the front of my bed.

Thanks for the link it did not come up for me and looking at the pictures I think mine are longer but it seems it's a production issue. I have the line-x spray in liner, inter wheel liners and mud flaps. I get a tube of sealant and close the gap if it continues to grow. Love these forums so we don't have to reinvent the wheel, someone else has had the issue and shared the info. Thanks all appreciate the info. (I'll still see if I can get a picture)
