Thanks for the info
I felt the same way reading that article. It is a company wanting to sell you on their upgrades so there’s that.

My takeaway was that we all get less reliable stuff so the EPA and Ford shareholders are happy. I think concern for us takes at least third place.

There have been some improvements made since 2020 that I have heard mentioned, I just don’t know what those all entail.

Hey there! I can take a closer look into your vehicle/service concerns if you'd like. Can you send us a direct message with your VIN and the dealership name/location? To send a DM, just click on our username and select "Start Conversation".

Tomorrow will be 8 weeks at the dealership. My service rep gets back from vacation and says he will look into it. Its almost like I forgot I have a truck and am used to driving the little tiny POS car...I guess I shouldn't complain since its a loaner. But making payments on something I don't have kinda stings. Paying 4500 for the ESP warranty and taking over two months is unacceptable IMO

For the record. I got my truck back today. I only drove it home about 10 miles and have been spending the last couple of hours cleaning her.

Dropped off June 28th - Sept 01. 2023 ( ridiculous )

I noticed my coolant reservoir is low. Any connection to tranny or tranny cooling? Its not even up to the normal line, wth?

Do I have to use motorcrap yellow or is there other brands compatible?
