Since I have a ZF6, I tied my back up camera into 12v switched power so I could have access to the camera whenever the ignition was ON.
I believe most in your situation tap into the hot side of the reverse bulb in the taillight. I could be wrong though.
If you want a transmission/reverse wire specifically, I would have to check the service manual wiring diagrams.
I actually have it tied into the reverse light now , but I would prefer it to come on when I put it in reverse and go back off when I go to drive , so now looking for a point under the dash to make it work
