I’ve got a 2007 ford f250, with the infamous 6.0 that’s completely stock. I bought it a few months ago for my first vehicle. And now all of the sudden it’s having issues running. I would be driving around and then all of the sudden it starts to miss fire and fairly quickly get worse to where it wouldn’t run. I’ve replaced my filters and my fuel conditioner. And I’m still having the issue after a load is being put on the truck via hard acceleration. I’m starting to run out of ideas and need help. Thanks
The easiest way to troubleshoot these trucks is with a program called FORSCAN. You can get the Forscan Lite App for phone or the full Forscan program for laptop/tablet. What you need to pair it with is an OBDII dongle (BLUETOOTH for android phone/windows based device or WIRELESS for iPhone/iPAD/Mac). Just be aware, if you have an iPAD or Mac that you're going to use, the full Forscan program isn't supported by iOS devices, so you will need to download the Forscan Lite App from your play store or app store and use your iOS. If you have an android phone and a windows based laptop - you can download the full Forscan program and use it without issues. The full program is the best, but the app gets the job done as well...just with a few less testing items.
When you get everything setup, read the stored DTC's and post them here. Then post some values for the following truck parameters at KOEO (key on engine off) and when the issue is occurring.

Forscan is a great program and you will use it time and time again as a monitor or troubleshooting tool!
My first thought is you have an injector that's leaking compression back into the fuel causing other injectors to misfire and eventually stalling the truck, but that's totally a guess based on your symptoms. Get us some data so we can start to eliminate possibilities.
Ditto jokester. But, your symptoms sound like what happened to me once. I had a bad injector that was leaking air into the oil rail. (if I'm describing this correctly). After sitting for a bit, it would start and idle somewhat normal, with only the one injector missing, but as it continued to run, or drive, especially with a load, the air leaked over to the next injector, then the next one, along that rail.
And my injector problem was caused by low fuel pressure. Which I didn't figure out until replacing injectors and having them blow again.
