Code P0237
My 2001 f350 7.3 is pulling a p0237 code. Truck runs rough, bucks and sometimes stalls but restarts, check engine light comes on but for less than a min. Also battery light pops on but turns off right away. I replaced Map sensor and cps with a new motorcraft versions. Truck starts, idles and runs great except for issues mentioned above.

Replaced map pigtail.
CPS, MAP and map harness all purchased from riffraff
Using forscan lite to pull codes.
I have done ebpv, fuel bowl and iac delete but that was several years back. I did nothing with wires from deleting above items and pulling soft codes from.
could one of the deletes possibly cause issues? Wondering if port on x section of intake where map plugs into could be clogged?
