Possibly a bad pump, or blocked inlet filter on the pump.
Some have reported similar issues after using rain-x fluid, something in it clogs up the pump.
I had this happen to my old F150. Listen for the pump working when you try to spray the windshield. If you hear it trying to work the inlet is probably clogged and you can try to clear it with a dowel, coat hanger, etc from the filler cap. If that helps the you may need to remove the pump to properly clean it out which can be a pain to get to.
Update: I could not hear the pump so went to dealer to get new one. Installed new pump and all works well now. It was not plugged just dead. Need to remove plastic cover, grill and driver's side headlight to access pump. When I first tried the spray nothing came out but could hear pump running. Removed hose from pump outlet and allowed some fluid to run through by gravity, reattached hose while fluid running through. Tested spray and works perfect.
Also replaced top cowls (plastic pieces which contain spray nozzles) as the rubber strip against the windshield was in very bad shape (thx Houston heat and humidity).
Had same issue with my 2019 F250 once. It had been sitting a while.
A few days later it was working again. No problems since. I try to drive it at least once a month. Exercise the W/S washer pump every time now.
^^^^^^ This! Mine sits more than it's driven, so a couple times it took a few tries to get it primed. Now I just give it more exercise whenever I do drive the truck.
