Replace the bumpers and tailgate shell. Your biggest issues will be those bed wheel wells and the infamous rockers and doors. Best place to start is with the rockers, there could be more damage behind them than you might think. Bottom of the doors would be next before the inner and outer door skins separate. Get phosphoric acid (big orange box, look for Concrete Etch in the paint aisles) and slather it on, keep it wet with acid for an hour, then hose it off and dry it with a leaf blower to clean the steel of rust and etch the metal for application of a encapsulant paint like Chassis Saver from Magnet Paints (like 90/gal, worth every penny)
