Fuel pressure problem
I know the pump in the rear tank is on its way out and have only been using the front one.
With just the key on I’m only getting 20 pounds of fuel pressure. With it running it stays at 20 until I give it some throttle then builds up to about 30 and will stay there.
Removing the vacuum line from the regulator doesn’t make it change at all.
Regulator was just replaced about 3 months ago.
I pulled codes and got one for the map sensor. Replaced it and the truck seems to be running better but fuel pressure is the same.
codes I’m getting now are 116 ect outside test limit and 311 thermactor air system inoperative.
The trucks running ok just takes a lot of cranking to get it started and most times will die right away but always starts right back up. It doesn’t seem to have as much power as it should. Kinda stumbles when accelerating and isn’t pulling as good as it used to.
Any ideas?
Edit: forgot to mention those codes are with engine running.
Koeo test I’m getting 553 Air management circuit 2 failure
Edit 2: Also forgot to mention fuel filter has been replaced
