Replacement backup camera wiring harness

Hi I have a 2019 F350 cab/chassis its a SRW with a dumping flatbed that has the stock backup camera on it. Its the basic camera and stock small screen to view the image the truck is an XL. My backup cam went out the other day I took it to the dealer hoping it was something simple. Got word that the wiring harness has rubbed through on something - apparently the place that installed the body did a bad job routing the wires leading to this happening few years down the line. Anyway they quoted me $1200 for parts and labor to replace the harness which seems absurd I will just not have a cam at that price.

BUT I hook up to 5-6 trailers a day so it does come in handy which leads me to my question. I am thinking of trying to replace it myself you can access wires pretty easy since the bed lifts up. Would something like this work?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/204151617292

It says its for the tailgate camera but I was thinking I could unplug the camera and use the rest of the harness since my actual camera is fine. Doesn't look like it would be that hard to install if that part would work not sure how they are coming up with roughly $300 in labor to replace that.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

My second and not preferred option would be to do something aftermarket that would work with stock screen.

I got a replacement camera here to mount on the back of my flatbed I just installed on my truck. Works great and is easy to install and hook up. Not sure where your harness is messed up so this may or may not solve your problem.

Thanks for the recommendation I was wondering about that site as I saw it while googling and it seemed an easy solution. It works well with your stock screen?

Yes it works just fine. Truck recognizes it as factory as far as I can tell.
Be sure and order the one for C&C. They have a different plug than a truck that came with a bed.

OK that is good to know. I found the broken wires near the spare so its relatively close to the camera and seems like it will be replaced by harness that comes with the one from camerasource
Think Ill try the oem from Ebay they take returns so if it isn't right Ill get the camerasource.

Thanks so much for your help. I ended up getting part number JC3J-19H391-AE which includes wiring harness and bracket and a camera. Cost $115 and took less than five minutes to install. Dealer wanted $1200
