Hey Bobird,
You probably ain't gonna' find an N.O.S. F-600 wiring harness on some dusty old warehouse shelf somewhere (although stranger things have happened).
Good thing you saved and labeled your old harness. Probably only a couple of possibilities now. You may be able to find a wiring harness for a '67 ~ '72 light-duty F-series pickup where you might possibly be able to utilize part or most of the harness. FYI, the '73~'79 F-600 dashboards are most similar to the '68~'70 light-duty F-series pickup trucks, so I'm fairly confident the the wiring requirements will be very similar. LMC Truck in Lenexa, KS might have such harnesses, maybe some other outfits too. Probably not cheap no matter where you find them.
Or, you will simply need to dig in, strip out and replace your diced-up wires one at a time, from where they start to where they end.
Good luck on whatever you come up with.
