1996 Explorer Headlight Problem

I have a problem with my right headlight on my 1996 Eddie Bauer Explorer. The right headlight will not work on dim, but it will work on bright. My left headlight works fine on both dim and bright. I changed the bulb thinking that was the problem but it made no difference. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks!

It's your lamp out module. Do a search and you'll find a lot of threads about this.

My 95 Limited had the same problem with the left headlight. It was a cold solder joint on the LOM module. I have found one other person who also had a cold solder joint on his LOM. It would be worth a look. The Ford repair CD also has a step by step if it is not your LOM.
