Holley 390 adjustment help

I just put a Holley 390 4 barrell on my 84 300. It is running really rich. It is blowing wet soot out the tail pipe. Also it stumbles when you press the gas quick. I'm new to Holleys, how do I fix it?

Thanks

I guess would be floats. my 500 CFM edelbrock wasn't too that rich!

Once you fix it, make sure you change oil. Bad things happen when a lot of gas gets into the oil !

I leaned it out with the mixture screw seems to be a lot better.
