Replacing Front Wheel Well liners ???

Replacing Front Wheel Well liners ???
Is there much involved when replacing from wheel well liners? Mine have torn away from a couple of the mounting screws on the fender lip? What kind of material are the liners made out of since it's not a plastic? Thinking about doing this as part of adding mud flaps to my 2014. Thanks.
