Head gasket?

My 1985 ford f250 with the 6.9 has oil on the rad cap. But the truck only has 91,000 miles on it. Is this common?

You got a 5 digit odometer. But honestly the first thing i'd do is redo the seals on your oil cooler

In addition to resealing the oil cooler you might re-torque the head gaskets. I seem to recall reading that there was a TSB to do this at dealerships on the 6.9l & 7.3l IDIs back in the day.
