Code P219A
Hello, I have a 2011 f250 Super Duty XLT 6.2L. I love my truck but I have had to put some money into it lately.
Background 2022
First it was the cats. Replaced them at Payless Mufflers. $1000.00
Then code came back and replaced the canister for $300.
Code came back. Was told that only Ford cats can be installed for code to go away. Found on Youtube that if you install 2 spark plug fowlers in the downward side of the 02 sensor it will take care of the problem.
2023-
Fuel gauge went to zero and was told needed a new sending unit. $1300
Now I am getting a P219A code.
Then was told I needed a new purge valve. $600
then I was told I needed all new fuel injectors because they are not holding pressure.
I can rest the code but it comes back between 35-70 miles later.
Can this be true? Does anyone know what the real problem is with this code?
Ford has been getting alot of my paycheck as of late and I decided to try this forum.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
