'71 LT900 Radiator help

I need to replace or re-core the radiator. I am looking for parts and/or correct part numbers for SN T90LVL326000. Specifically looking for the shutter control (water temp), drain ****, rubber isolators, pipes & hoses, new radiator or reliable shop to re-core the radiator. Only part number I have is on the existing shutter control (DOHZ 8476-E). I assume it is correct number unless a previous person changed it. Engine appears to be either gas 534SD per serial number or 477SD.

T90 = LT900 gas

L = 534 4V Super Duty gas V8

V = Kentucky Truck Plant

L326000 = Too many digits, should be 11. But, if the first 4 are correct, it's 1971 numerical series, March 1971 production

Radiator Shop

I used Alex Gerz Radiator in Lancaster PA, 435 N Mulberry St, Lancaster, PA 17603 Phone (717) 392-6283 to do the radiator in my 69 T-850. The work looks great and the price was good too. I know a lot of people who have used him and never had an issue. It's quite a drive from Ohio though.

Best advice I can give is to remove and eliminate the shutter system.
The number on the shutter control valve is a engineering number and not the actual part number
Reuse the rubber isolators if you have them, I’ve never seen them go bad
The pipes are unique for the engine combo and have not been available for years. If yours are rusted out new ones can be made out of appropriate size tubing
A good radiator repair shop should be able to recore the radiator
