Recent long cranking issue
I have a problem that showed up out of nowhere and looking for a little direction on what to look at.
My 2000 F250 7.3ps, non California, 315,000 mi, all stock, mostly original except wear items recently starting taking an exceptionally long crank, what use to be a few seconds is now pushing 10. I have a good strong crank, holding 11+ volts while cranking, tach is moving, glow plugs ohm out good through harness and individually, hpop resivore about 1/2 - 3/4 from the top but takes a long time to fire, once it does it runs like nothing is wrong with it. It did do this a few days in January but fixed itself until a couple weeks ago. I haven't had a chance to read live data while cranking yet, been too busy. The only odd thing I noticed on the last start was no wait to start light but still fired off. I'm thinking something leaking back maybe. Kinda stumped on this one.
Thanks
