2007 F350 4X4, added a RanchHand bumper and a steel cable 12000LB winch, I Carry a 300 gallon water tank, for fires and shallow wells, most driving is off road on a 46,000 acre ranch, the front is bottom out hard, any help to fix it I sure would appreciate any info.

Sounds like your factory springs were about worn out before you added a bunch of weight to the front of the truck. BEST solution is new, heavier-duty springs that can accommodate the extra weight. That's going to make your suspension less flexible though.
I suppose you could go with softer bump-stops or spring-over shocks to try to lessen the impact from bottoming out, but those are really just bandaids.
I'll have to dig through pics, but I had a set of springs on the front of my '02 F350 dually, they were 3 leaf, with a Ford # stamped on them, and the folks at ATS had no idea where they came from, the new front springs are great, granted I did add 2 from the mini spring pack they sent me to bring the front up a tad.

summo springs. They are over sized bump stops about the size of a coke can. They come in 1000lb, 1500lb and 2500lb reverse spring force sizes. Much easier to install and more effective than a incremental front spring upgrade.
