front suspension
Hi all,
I have a 06 F350 crew cab 4x4 (PSD) and I will be installing a reunel front bumper with brush guard (heavy) Does my truck have a front suspension heavy enough for that or will I need to get new springs, etc... to beef it up a little? Maybe install a front suspension lift...2 or 2.5 inch lift???? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks. Phil. (P.S. the truck is stock and I don't have a camper package or anything like that...I guess those come with heavier front suspensions)

you could try and see if you can find some cheap heavy service front springs from your trucks year and model but i do not know if it is just a direct replacement but i would give Reunel a call and ask, i am sure they would be able to give you all the info you need. After looking them up i am definately going with one of their bumpers, especially since they make the bumpers around a warn winch of your choice. Once i get my new truck i think i will make a trip out to them and have them install a bumper for me. Plus the trip will help me break in the new deisel.
