Hey there, I know I've read about this before on here but can't seem to find it....
I have a 2015 F-150 xlt 4 door and the back window/cab is leaking hard...its on the passenger side right at the top. Going through a car wash an your passenger in the back better watch out...pouring in that back corner. Looks like its coming in from corner behind the top of the glass but wondering if it is actually the cab itself?
Wasn't this a common problem? Wondering what folks are doing to fix it.
There have been some issues with the seem at the top of the cab, with the rear window adhesive mounting, and with the sliding rear window gasket/seal. None of these have been widespread, just here and there. Another possibility as this gen ages is the third brake light gasket. The real trick will be to find where the water is coming in to begin with.
If you have the giant sunroof, that adds another possibility and level of complexity in finding the leak.
Mine ended up being the window gasket itself. No repairs available other than replacing the entire window. Sealed it shut with silicone and disconnected the motor. Thread here https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...dow-leaks.html
