Question about state inspection

So after a disastrous trip to Disney over spring break and having to have my 5th wheel and truck towed back to MD from SC due to an engine failure I am searching for a new truck. But here is the question, can a deleted truck pass the Md inspection? I’ve seen lots of 05 and up deleted trucks for sale and I have to wonder if they would pass. Any one have any information or experience?

Have you looked at the Maryland's MVA site for details about vehicles in that condition?

No, if what you mean is a deleted cat, or any the emission controls
