I just got done replacing all 8 injector cups after chasing a fuel-in-coolant issue. That was a tough job! But RiffRaff tool made it bearable.
I also did a complete coolant flush with 2 cascade soap flushes + 6 water flushes. At the end the water came out nice and clear. Just kind of tan, rusty water with sediment/silicates.
I also installed all new upper and lower radiator hoses, degas bottle, thermostat, upper and lower RiffRaff billet water pump housings, new degas bottle hoses, and a coolant filter!
I wanted to pressurize the system to check for leaks before driving it far from home. Glad I did!
I found a very small, drip leak from the fan shaft at the water pump. Is this the actual water pump leaking or something behind the fan shaft?
At this point I had it pressurized to 16 psi and it dropped to about 15.25 psi over 30 minutes and had the small drip noted in the above picture.
