The uppers are just like the Timbrens and others. They will still allow some sag, but it won't be near as much as the OEM overload stops do. The uppers are just a taller bump stop so that they come into contact with the upper helper spring sooner, which then helps with decreasing the amount of sag. The lowers immediately engage with the bottom most overload spring, so it immediately decrease the amount of sag. If you really wanted though, you could also use both, the uppers and the lowers. Of course though, they are not inexpensive... The thing I do like about the lowers though is that I can totally disengage them so the trucks suspension is stock when driving around unloaded from the camper. It returns the ride back to how it originally was. With the uppers, you can still make contact with them when driving around unloaded. I have never used them though, so can't really comment on how that actually affects ride quality.

Great suggestions from everyone, thank you all for commenting. I have some more research to do now. My biggest take away from this is that I shouldn't have ordered my truck with the heavy service front suspension. The thought didn't even occur to me that it would cause the front of the truck to sit higher than the other springs. At least I have some options to look into. Thanks again.
