I Just Installed New Wheels/tires On My 04 F350. I Want To Bring The Rear End Of The Truck Down To Get The Truck Close To Level ,but When I Measure From The Ground To The Top Of The Wheel Well The Right Side Always Comes Out About 1 1/2" Higher. I Was Going To Just Throw A Set Of 250 Blocks In To Lower The Back 2" But I'll Still Be Off By 1 1/2" On One Side. Is This A Spring Issue . I Have The Over Load Springs On This Truck.
Anyone Know A Quick Fix?
Jake, I Was Originally Going To Do That (raise The Front) Due To Slight Rubbing But The Tire Wheel Combo Looks Great In The Front . A Little Too Much Wheel Well Showing In The Rear. I Just Re Measured Again And Only Came Up With 3/4" Diff. From The Back It's Definitly Noticeable. Truck Leans To The Left. Truck Has Only 3000 Miles On It????
Until I Make A Series Of Measurements I Cant Tell If Its The Spring Or The Bed, But Seeing How Today I Came Up With A Diffrent Meausurement It Has To Be The Spring. The 1 1/2" Diff Was With A Trailer Attached.
I Might Have To Loosen The Spring Bolts With The Truck On The Ground ,i Was Told This Could Relax Everything.
If you look under the left side there sits the fuel tank. Try your measurement when you are close to empty and see how much difference there is in your measurements.
