This is a 1977 F600 w/a 361 2V or 4V FT engine, Clark 5 speed direct. I can decode all of it, but have to be someplace in a few minutes.

F61 = F600 4x2, gas
E = 361 4V XD FT gas V8
V = Kentucky Truck Plant
Z01362 = 1977 numerical series, July 1977 production EDIT note corrections in red
176 = 176 inch wheelbase
K = MPC says Bright Red for model year '76-'78, shop manual says autumn tan. I'd go with red.....Yours was fairly late production so maybe the '76 codes were in effect.
F615 = F600 gas, 4x2, 23,000 lbs GVWR
ED8 = Possibly red vinyl, custom cab, chassis cab truck.
M = Clark model 285V five speed direct transmission
E2M
E2 = Eaton model 16244 two speed rear axle, 17,500 lbs capacity, 6.17 / 8.58 ratios
M = Ford 7,000 lb capacity front axle with power steering
23000 = 23,000 lbs GVWR

28 = Louisville District Sales Office
5264 = Sequential Special Order number.
