Welcome to FTE! What does the title say? Does it match the VIN on that plate?

174 = 174 inch wheelbase
J = Red
F704 = F700 gas, 25,500lbs GVWR
4 81 = I don't have the docode for the upholstery or seat type. Looks like standard cab.
