When my headliner finally fails, I'm thinking about the pebble finish plastic sheets that the Home Depot sells. Just going to lay my old liner on the sheet trace around it and cut with a jig saw. Might go by Hobby Lobby for some kind of covering or just paint it with the Dulpi-Color vinyl spray.

Many years ago I used a thin hard board from Home Depot to rebuild the door trim panels on a girlfriend's 1971 Camaro. Used the old and warped board as a template. Cut everything out then bonded the original vinyl on them using 3M brand 77 spray adhesive.
