Hey there, we own a 1966 Econoline Falcon Club Wagon. It was my grandfather’s he used it for work in his refrigeration business for years. Put some pix in here, and a picture of the data plate, and we can tell you what you actually have, judging from your brief description it's not a Falcon Club Wagon. The Falcon version was all windows, sounds like you have a customized panel van. Also pix will give a good idea of value. Take pix of any bad spots, dents, rust. Also under the hood so we can see alterations. The owners manual is generic for all Econolines.
