NP 273 manual shift

Looks like someone over in the 99-16 truck section found a kit that's being made to convert the NP 273 to manual shift (see link below) . I know that subject has been brought up here a few times. This sure would've been cheaper for me than swapping in a whole np 271 like I did.

Maybe this is old news and I'm late to the party, but I hadn't seen this before.

Cool, except no neutral (according to the ad). There's been some conversation that the 273 does in fact have neutral. I haven't been able to find it with a 14mm wrench on the shaft of the 273. I'll change mine to the 271 just for that. Then again, I have a bit of a special case....
