Tire question - 2003 Nav
Hi All
I have a 2003 Nav, and it has 18inch x 8inch rims as OEM from New.
I have that issue where the chrome plating on the rims is starting to come off, and corrosion is getting bad, etc.
so I found some OEM 18inch rims that say they fit the same year, however they are rated 7.5 wide instead of 8 inch... Still an 18 inch rim
The question is - will it make any difference in anything with Ride, or Handing or with offset, etc... ? Traction control? I have michelins on there now, work well, so I was just gonna keep those and swap them onto the new rims.
These are pre TPMS rims so that is not a worry. Must have been the year RIGHT before they came out with that nonsense...
