Measure Rims

Hey all,

How do you correctly measure rims on my F250? They're either 18" x 8" or 17" x 7.5", but not sure where you actually measure from

For diamater, across the face and subtract one inch.... For width, measure between the beads but the tire needs dismounted..

For the easy way, ALL DOT rated rims are marked their size somewhere
