Corrosion is not that bad .... I spray my truck every year and that stuff is amazing ....stops rust dead Krown Rust Control . My situation is that the Positive Terminal just cracked on one end where the bolt goes through...It was not tightening enough to make a proper contact....Hence the need for the new terminal... I just grinded out a bit of the middle beat it back into round with a body hammer and added a thick washer on the cracked end so the nut would get more of a bite and make full contact with the post. I will probably order / buy a new terminal today ......

Dead again ...turns out one battery had a bad cell ...showed good voltage but only half of what the CCA should be....Still havn't Installed new terminal...but seems OK .... load testing Batteries is critical on these trucks..Will get to terminal this weekend ....

This Morning I go to Canadian Tire to get some paint and Tape and my dash is like a christmas tree....ABS light On ..... Air Bag Light On ....OD light Flashing.... Seems to drive normal......get my stuff go home.....Thinking OK what now..... Whip out the old Snap On MT2500 and wipe the dust off it and change the 9V Battery .... Then did all the tests...cleared all the codes... a few times ..... ran all the other tests everything was OK...no codes...BUT both Lights are still on ( ABS and AIr Bag ) ....SO I went Farmer style and disconnected Both Batteries for at least 2 Hours....connected everything back up.. Scanned it again....all the tests ....NO Codes...No Lights....Runs Awesome....Imagine that..... My Point is Never loose Focus and never Give Up ...you will get there ...eventually..Still have to Install the new battery Terminals however.....

Spoke too soon ..Overconfident ...ABS Light Back On....runs fine but the light annoys me......I will follow up when I finally get there...IF I ever do.....
