No one that I know of make new ones.
If you can find the part numbers fort them you might look that up for NOS one but you will pay fr them if you find any.

I’ve gotten new front ones from Rock Auto before. The only ones I’ve seen or gotten for the back are from the JY

Maybe sand them smooth or if it's a poor application of undercoat maybe add some undercoat to make it look better. Are they still on the truck or off?
