Sluggish software update 06 6.0

Hey I got my 06 f250 flashed to the newest software update so I can get it back to stock cause I bought an SCT x4 and the tune I had on it wouldn’t return to stock and after I got it done the truck is acting really sluggish then it didn’t before even with the new tuner. Does anyone have any ideas why or have had this happen before?

Is the X4 used or new? Are you using the pre-loaded tunes on the tuner or do you have custom tunes on there that you're using?

Does your truck have stock emissions or deleted?

The tuner is new and I’m using the preloaded performance tune. I have blessed performance custom tunes and I’ve tried both and is still acts sluggish after driving over a hundred miles.

The truck is fully deleted

Any codes? So, does your truck have the same strategy NOW as BEFORE the shop flashed it to the current strategy?

It does throw a egr code with the preloaded tune.

Im not sure what strategy it was before but all I know is that they updated the pcm to the latest software update
