Might try one of the Ford car restoration places just a name Mustangs Unlimited to see what they have.
The other is McMaster Carr as they have all kinds of hardware but you may need to buy a box of 25 or 50 to get what you need.

Two things.
First if you mean the one that takes a star bit ie Torx bit to fit, if you know the thread size/pitch and length you can buy some generic torx bolts.
Second if you mean the one that takes a star socket ie inverted torx socket, then you can look those up as well if you know the dimensions you need.
Bolts like this can be had as generic that will function the same.
