2013 F250 navigation
Navigation will not load up. Keeps saying loading but wi not load up. I have tried master reset and also pulling sd card and reinstall it. Does anyone have any Ideas what could be going on here?

Could be a defective SD card.

On the fuse panel behind the passenger side kick panel pull #29 fuse for a few minutes to give it a hard boot.
