Getting excited to finally be starting the project. It’ll be slow but I’ll update as I go. Took off the rear wheels as the tires were flat. About half the lugs broke off and the right rear is locked up. Not a real issue as I plan to put pre 72 running gear in it (I just wanted it to be a roller) Now to find that rear axle…..

The story is the truck belonged to a city in OK and they added the side boxes. There is a very old Ridgid chain vise mounted on the right side.
The uniqueness of those boxes combined with overall condition of the body is probably what pushed me to buy it. I didn’t really need another project.
