Steering Wheel Control Modules
Hello group,
i see a lot of questions concerning electrical problems that are traced back to the Steering Wheel Control Module.
My 2016 Superduty has been dealer diagnosed as needing this part. They have none in stock and have no idea when they will be getting this part. I am on the emergency list to get this part. I have been n the list since Nov 2022!
I have no turn signals, lights stay on after key is turned off, no steering wheel controls on left and right. SO ANNOYING! This is making me miss two camping seasons since i use this truck to pull my big fifth wheel.
Does anybody have any information on why they can’t forecast a date on this part.
i have installed a battery disconnect but don’t have a work around on the turn signal issue. I’m thinking of wiring turn signal using my accessory switches. DESPERATE.
