I have a 1977 F100 2wd with factory power steering pump and 302, non-AC. I am upgrading to a Saginaw power steering pump. I would like a picture of the bracket(s) I need. Is the 302 bracket the same as the 351? Why do the aftermarket brackets look so different than the OEMs? I would like a picture of FORD bracketry for a Saginaw pump on a 302 engine if anyone has one. Thanks!
I did not know they used that pump on 302's?
What would it of been use in?
I know vans, 80 - 86? with the 300 six used that pump, but the Ford pump in the other trucks.
Maybe the vans with a 302 also used that pump set up for the 80's?
Thing is most if not all would have AC
Sorry cant help more

Hobo's link brought me to this. This is for a serpentine set up. I have v-belts. So I need something prior to '87. I don't know when vans went from v-belt to serpentine.
No picture but it looks basically the same on a 78 351W E150. That style of bracket and threaded screw tightener seemed to vibrate at lot at idle speeds. I even asked at the dealer if it was missing a support brace, they said nope. Never did fail.
The main bracket number needs to be D8TA-3A732-BA for a 302. The smaller support bracket currently on my pickup is D7TA 3C511 MA. I don't know if this bracket is compatible with the main Saginaw bracket. I will keep researching for anyone following along.
Again, this is what is currently on my 1977 F100: D7TA 3C511 MA. It came from the factory with a 302, non A/C. My current pump is the Thompson/pencil neck pump
D8TZ 3C511 D. This is a contender for the Saginaw swap. This looks very similar to the drawing in post #12. I notice the adjustment slot is quite different from my current D7TA 3C511 MA makes me believe my stock 3C511 won't work.
