Clutch Fork
So after searching this website and all of google I cannot for the life of me find a replacement for this pivot ball type fork. The tang on this one has broke which is causing all sorts of issues trying to engage the clutch. The PO had done a lot of mixing of parts so I have nothing to really to go off of. I am fairly new to these trucks so any help identifying year/model this would have came off of would be greatly appreciated. The truck is a 1979 f150 4.9l with 4 speed granny low.

The original part number for your application was D0TZ-7515-A Clutch release lever, fits 73-78 F100-350, 6 cyl or 302 V8 w/ 3 or 4 spd trans. I found quite a few available. Here's one source:

I just caught that they're showing out of stock but just type the part number into google or Ebay and you'll get several responses.
Another source: Green Sales, Cincinnati, OH shows two in stock (800) 543-4959
