So something I've never done before, working on truck in spare time days apart. got it all together but there is a white elec. conector in front of hpop to the right next to coolant hose. I can't find the plug for it anywhere can anyone tell me what sensor or plug this is and where the plug originates from so I can trace from the harness?
As I looked at the picture that I was uploading it occurred to me it's the coolant cent temperature sensor but I still cannot find it anywhere to the left of the engine where the image I found on Internet shows that originates . Is there anyone that has a picture of where there's comes off
The plug comes from towards the end of the engine wiring harness. Follow the wires after the glow plug relay, the wire comes from up top and goes to the left of the hpop and then down to that sensor. The plug might be tucked away up to the left of the hpop somewhere
Yep coolant temp sensor. Pigtail tees off from passenger side of motor where harness wraps around front of hpop reservoir and goes down to cam position sensor.
