Do I have this diff service correct?
I’ve got a 2015 F250 w/6.7 engine. Looking thru the diesel supplement in regard to differential fluid maintenance, the rear differential does not ever need to be serviced, unless the axle has been under water. If I elect to change the fluid, the recommendation is 75W-140 plus 8oz of friction modifier. Do I have this correct?
If you have the electronic locking differential (the 4wd **** pulls out), you do not need the friction modifier.
