I got a 2019 f250 with 39k miles. I noticed tonight while backing up and turning to the right, I hear a slight squeek or squeel. It doesn't do it everytime. I just had the truck at the dealer for a oil change and had them check over the front end and make sure everything is tight. The truck gets used for snowplowing. Any ideas of what the squeel could be?
Are the hubs locked or unlocked when it makes the noise? If they are locked my first guess is a bad u joint, if they are unlocked then it's something else.

Well last night I plowed snow with the truck for 9 hrs. The whine/squeel isn't very loud, can't here it with the windows up. I noticed that it will make the noise while not moving and turning the wheel at full turn or almost full turn. A buddy of mine says it sounds like the power steering pump or maybe the gear box. The truck just turned 40k miles on it hard to believe the pump or gearbox is giving up already? Does anyone know if Fords power train warranty covers the pump or gearbox?
Every Ford I've ever had made some pump noise when turning it fully.
My 2015 RAM got noisy and I added some Lucas p/s fluid conditioner and it quieted right down.
