Edit: Disregard, I'll post comments on the other thread in the 2017+ Super Duty thread
In case anyone missed it, before the edit JoeUser was worried about me cross posting this from another forum. I did not. Anyway, I figured the 2011 - current 6.7 was a good place to post as they all use the CP4, not just the 2017's and up.

Agreed. I came here to post this since I got the email from S&S this morning.

I'm glad you posted this, I hadn't seen this anywhere. Curious as to price compared to the CP4 but interesting none the less.
This is a better place to post than the 2017 threads since it fits ALL 6.7 from 2011 and up to 2019. A good alternative for high mileage CP4 replacements for long term maintenance. Since my truck only has 46K on it and a DPK, not going to jump up and replace it, but if that pump ever does fail, at least I know where to get a replacement.

I posted about it today in my truck thread after I received a phone notification on it.
My truck's going on 102k miles and after the DPK kit is in, if the pump schitts the bed, I'd definitely buy their DCR pump and then sell the DPK to recover some money...
Apologies for the earlier cross-posting warning (it's happened to me before in other forums, no maliciousness intended). However, y'all are right, this pump is strictly for the 6.7L, so this actually *is* the proper place for the announcement!
For myself, I'm heavily leaning toward buying and installing this new pump when it becomes available for the 20+ models, which hopefully won't be too far along this year. I have a SPE DPK, but haven't had the time to install it. With this new pump it looks like I won't need it, so I'll be returning that or selling it outright once the new pump in installed.
Justification for the extra cost is that I routinely travel to a very remote property, with no cell phone access and many, many miles to get to practical help. I don't relish the thought of being stranded by a blown pump, and if this pump is as good as advertised, then I'm ready to eliminate any concerns about getting stranded. Better to spend a few bucks for peace of mind, in my case...

I did not mean to start anything, but as I have a 2015, I did not look in the 2017+ section. I since have and see @UGA33 beat me to it by about 20 min. I don't really care, if the admins can move or combine posts into the proper area, that would be great. No hard feelings on my end. :-)

Gentlemen... ALL GOOD! No worries... we're all in this together and I hold no crown or authority on this over anyone... I have usually post the pertinent 6.7 stuff here as it's the 6.7 section but I'm sure the Alumina Duty boys have at it in the 17 plus Super Duty section.
I do have a long truck thread going and plan to add a table of contents with links (to the individual pages on my thread) to mine on the first page.... nothing wrong with separate threads starting on their own though as well...

Overkill, I did not even know you had posted about it you said so here. Sorry, I don't follow everyone. :-p

This is a great announcement, and this is the perfect place to post it... even if it already has been! Also, I find the 6.7 threads are a much easier place to get along than the 2017+ threads... lots of feelings get hurt over there... LOL!
