Communication Error multiple networks

I apologize, I thought the vehicle info showed up…
2012 F-250 6.7 Diesel
Vehicle had a bad alternator, batteries went dead. To get the truck to a garage, the batteries were swapped for new ones and then the alternator was swapped for a new one.
When driving to the garage, before the new alternator, almost all dash lights illuminated, Speedo dropped to zero, warning on display read an AdvanceTrack error and check brake system ABS warning.
Since the new alternator these error messages pop up intermittently, do not kill the truck but cycle through start-up mid-driving.
Ideas needed to help identify the possible location of the issues!

And fuse box under hood get water in it. This one is not quite as prevalent as the other two.
All three make the truck do really weird things. Good luck.

One day, while pulling my radio out to get some information off it, I decided to look behind the digital dash to see if there was anything out of place. There is a harness that ties the digital dash into the back of the radio. I disconnected the harness and cleaned it off with air, then reconnected it. Seemed like a tight fit, so I put it all back together and carried on.
After about 3 days, the problem began again..... GrrrrI went back in and while in there, I realized that during the day it would be rather warm (65+ degree's) then at night it would cool off (mid 30's - mid 40's). I disconnected the harness, used some electrical spray cleaner, then put a light coat of dielectric grease on the female side of the harness, reconnected it, then took two small zip ties (one mid-left and one mid-right) and tightened them down to prevent any movement between the male & female side of the harness ( be careful not to damage any wires).
This was done over 3 weeks ago, and it has not disconnected or cause my radio and dash to go schizo on me since.
Give this a shot and hopefully it will resolve your issue as well!
